$H0
One billion, made once, the day the contract was created. Nobody can ever make more — not the team, not a vote, not anybody.
fees
Deposits and private sends are free. What is charged is the two moves that touch the outside world, and both are charged on top of the leg — so what the chain sees leaving is always a whole number of grains, never a remainder.
stakers
Fees are paid out in the asset they were charged in — dollars, gold, a tokenised share — and streamed to stakers. Nothing is minted and nothing is fixed: what a staker earns is a share of what the veil was used for.
relayers
Leaving to a fresh address raises one question: who pays its gas? If you fund it yourself you have just redrawn the line. A relayer submits the transaction, fronts the gas to the new address, and takes its fee out of the note itself — bound inside the proof, so it cannot be changed, redirected, or used to see the rest.
